This Privacy Agreement explains how PT Honda Power Products Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “HPPI” or “We”) obtains, collects, uses, displays, announces, discloses, processes, opens access to, stores, sends, provides, processes, processes, rolls, protects, and/or cooperates with third-party service providers (collectively, “Processing”) to protect Personal Data. This Privacy Agreement applies to all users of HPPI applications, services, and/or products (collectively, “Services”).

The Personal Data We collect and how We collect it may vary depending on the products and services used, how those products and services are used, and how we interact with HPPI even if we are not a customer.

“Personal Data” is data about an identified or identifiable natural person, either individually or in combination with other information. This includes name, address, identity card number, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and other information as long as it does not conflict with applicable laws and regulations.

How to Obtain Personal Data

HPPI collects Personal Data when it has agreed to provide it to HPPI. Personal Data is provided to HPPI when :

1. Contact HPPI through various channels, or request information about the Services;
2. Register to participate in events or activities organized by HPPI;

Personal Data Collected

Personal Data may be collected generally through HPPI Services. The types of information and data we may collect include :

• Any information or data, namely name, address, telephone and/or mobile number, place and date of birth, gender, education, occupation, social media, and email address;
• Any information and data generated and/or provided to Us during access/visiting Our Services and any activity on Our Services, including :
  • Visit information, such as interactions made on the Services, length of visit; and
  • Information from cookies or other technologies used on the Services.
• Any information and data collected and/or provided to Us in connection with the provision of the Services and the maintenance of a relationship with Us, including telephone/email numbers and call logs or recordings made to one of Our customer service centers, live chat, emails, or letters sent.
• Any information and data collected and/or provided to Us in connection with authentication and the provision of the Services, such as the type of product owned, chassis number, driver's license number, and vehicle registration plate; and
• Any information and data collected and/or provided to Us about other individuals relevant to the provision of the Services, such as the name or contact information of a guardian/parent.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

HPPI may use the collected Personal Data for the purposes below or for other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including, among others, ("Purposes"):

• Providing access to and facilitating the use of Our Services;
• Communicating and contacting through various channels to provide information regarding assistance and/or other services We provide;
• Verifying the completeness and validity of documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Monitoring and recording communications with Us for record-keeping, quality assurance, investigation, and fraud prevention purposes;
• Marketing Our Services through various communication channels, including telephone, SMS, email, and the internet;
• Conducting design or studies related to services or products through market research, data analysis, and surveys; and
• Complying with orders from authorized state or government agencies and fulfilling purposes required by applicable laws and regulations;

Duration and Retention

We will retain documents or information containing Personal Data for Personal Data Processing at HPPI for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, with a retention period of 5 (five) years or such other period as may be required by applicable law. We will immediately cease retaining Personal Data or remove any means of individual identification from the available data.

Acknowledgement and Consent

By registering, accessing, and/or using the Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and expressly consented to the Processing of Personal Data in our Privacy Agreement as described above. Specifically, you agree and consent to HPPI's Processing of Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Agreement and Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that the Personal Data provided to us is true, complete, lawfully obtained, and that you have the full right to provide it to us.

If you provide HPPI with Personal Data relating to another individual, you must ensure that you are authorized to provide such Personal Data to HPPI.
