Motilo’a Open Tournament (MOT) II 2025 Officially Opens, Honda Marine Supports the Spirit of Sportsmanship in West Halmahera

West Halmahera, 2025 – The football tournament that has become a source of pride for the people of Ibu District, Motilo’a Open Tournament (MOT) II 2025, was officially opened by the Regent of West Halmahera, James Uang, S.Pd., M.M., on Monday, November 3, 2025. The opening ceremony was lively and attended by more than a thousand residents and supporters from various villages across West Halmahera.

Regent Emphasizes Sportsmanship and Social Awareness
In his opening speech, Regent James Uang expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of the community and all tournament participants. He urged all players and supporters to uphold sportsmanship and maintain safety and order throughout the event.
“This tournament is not only about sports, but also about togetherness and social care. The proceeds from the event will be used to support the construction of a mosque in Talaga Village,” said the Regent of West Halmahera, greeted by applause from the audience.
